全联旅游业商会（英文名称China Chamber of Tourism，简称CCT），是由国务院批准成立、民政部正式登记注册、中华全国工商业联合会直属的全国一级法人社团组织。商会前身是由中国(包括香港、澳门特别行政区)有较大影响力及实力的民营旅游企业于2002年12月27日在北京发起成立的全国工商联旅游业商会。业务主管单位为全国工商联，社团主管单位为国家民政部。会员遍布中国各个省、自治区、直辖市及香港、澳门特别行政区，涵盖景区、酒店、餐饮、交通、文化、体育、金融、教育、零售等多产业。
全联旅游业商会最早提出“泛旅游”概念，旅游作为各类产业的粘合剂，能够引导和带动各产业经济协调发展。
全联旅游业商会的核心理念是：旅游是和平，世界旅游需要世界和平；旅游是经济，是经济的穿针引线；旅游是财富，是老百姓的“现金流”；旅游是文化，是生活质量的提高。
成立以来，全联旅游业商会秉承“服务国家、服务百姓、服务行业”的原则，积极团结所有涉足旅游业界的企业实体和各方人士，搭建交流合作平台，积极维护企业权益，倡导行业自律；提供旅游资源规划、开发及推介等服务；推动旅游人才教育培训；谋划“政企会”联动，助力全国旅游发展；不断加强与UNWTO、WTTC、PATA、WTA等全球旅游行业组织机构沟通协作，促进中国旅游企业与国际旅游业界的交流合作；坚持创新突破，引领促进中国旅游产业健康和高质量发展。
China Chamber of Tourism, located in Capital Beijing, is established in 2002 by non-public enterprises of China tourism industry. China Chamber of Tourism is the national chamber of tourism industry registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, administrated under All-China Federation of Industry and Commerceand directed by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China. Our members which include scenic spot, hotel, restaurant, transportation, culture, sports, finance, education, retail and many other industries come from most parts of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in Mainland China as well as Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region.
China Chamber of Tourism raises the concept of “Pan-tourism” originally and assumes tourism as a bond that could connect and lead different industries to develop cooperatively.
Our Core Beliefs are Tourism is peace, world tourism calls for world peace; Tourism is economy, the go-between of economy; Tourism is wealth, the cash flow of people; Tourism is culture, the improvement of life quality.
China Chamber of Tourism has been following the principle of “to serve the country, the people and the tourism industry”. We have been dedicated to uniting all enterprise entities and people from all sectors in the tourism field, simultaneously establishing platform of communication and cooperation, safeguarding the rights and interests of enterprises, promoting self-discipline, providing services for tourism resource planning, development and promotion, promoting the training and exchanges among tourism talents. Meanwhile, China Chamber of Tourism has achieved fruitful cooperation with the international and regional tourism organizations such as UNWTO, WTTC, PATA, MTA etc., and enhanced the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign tourism enterprises. We have been devoted to the healthy and high-quality development of China Tourism Industry。
